Queued Barrel Dumps are used to "tee-up" one or more barrels for a future planned dump/harvest. This functionality can be useful for planning purposes and serves as a rudimentary "work order" for warehouse staff.
Navigate to: Menu > Barrels > Rackhouse Inventory > Onsite Barrels and click Load Grid.
Step 1) Select the barrels you intend to dump/harvest. Selected barrels will be highlighted in red.
Step 2) Click Queue Dump from the Selection Actions dropdown.
Step 3) Enter a name or number to identify the dump, the scheduled date, and any notes you wish to include (optional). Click Queue Dump to store it.
Now that your barrel dump is queued-up, here's how to actually dump the barrels.
Navigate to: Menu > Barrels > Dump Barrels > Queued Dumps
From this screen the queued dump can be edited, deleted, viewed for printing, and confirmed.
Click the "eye" icon to generate a printable PDF with the barrel dump data. Click the "play" icon under "Dump" to record the dumping of barrels, once complete.
