Whiskey System users have the ability to destroy spirit due to contamination, broken bottles, or any other reason that may arise. Please note, it is important to keep detailed notes as to why the destruction was made.
To Destroy Inventory:
- Navigate to side Menu > Logs > Records of Destruction
- After selecting Records of Destruction, you'll go to the upper right-hand side and click the "Add Record of Destruction" button.
- Make your selection by choosing one of the below.
- On the right-hand side go to the Amount Destroyed Column and enter the amount you'd like to destroy. Click the All button to remove the entire amount or select a specific amount by entering a number.
- After hitting Submit you'll be directed to Create Destruction Log. You'll fill out the form and hit submit once completed.
- After you create the destruction log and hit submit you'll be directed back to the initial page where you can view your records.
