From your Barrel Rackhouse, users can easily create a TIB out.
To access the onsite barrels:
- Navigate through the side menu, proceeding to Barrels, and selecting Rackhouse Inventory. From there, you will find the designated Onsite Barrels section.
In your barrel warehouse, the system allows you to select multiple barrels at once, by either using "Ctrl" you can select multiple barrels not in sequence or selecting the checkbox that's located on the left of each barrel.
1. Select the barrels you will be transferring to another DSP. Selected barrels will be highlighted in red.
2. Click Transfer Out from the Selection Actions dropdown.
3.Enter in the following information for the TIB out and create.
US regulations require that you attach the Transfer in Bond Record, in duplicate, and send one signed copy along with the spirit (you should physically attach the paperwork to one of the barrels). Whiskey Systems automatically generates TIB Records, which you can download from your "TIB Out Log".
