To make filing monthly reports even easier, Whiskey Systems now offers a Google Chrome Extension to assist users in copying TTB Monthly Reports of Operations reporting data directly into Pay.gov. Please note that in order to use this feature, you must already have a TTB account with Pay.gov (see "Troubleshooting" section below for help creating a TTB Pay.gov account) and you must use Google Chrome web browser, which can be found at https://www.google.com/chrome/
First, install the Pay.gov + WS extension from the Google Chrome Web Store:
- Follow this link to install the extension: Pay.gov + WS Chrome Extension
- Click the "Add to Chrome" button
- Click "Add Extension"
Note: For more detailed information on installing the pay.gov extension to your browser, see Installing Pay.gov Extension Instructions
To copy your Production, Storage, and Processing report data into Pay.gov:
- Log into Pay.gov and access the report you need to file
- In your Chrome browser, open the extension by clicking its icon in your tool bar
- Select the month/year and report to copy
- Click Fill Report!
- Review the pasted data for accuracy (you are liable for any inaccuracies!)
- Save your Federal Report by clicking "Continue" and repeat the steps above for any other reports
Keep in mind:
- You must be logged in to a Whiskey Systems with the Pay.gov feature enabled (P2+, or as an add-on to your Basic or P1 service) to use the integration.
- You must do each page for your reports to be 100% correct. Our suggestion is to start at the top with Production Page 1 and then move down the list so that you do not miss anything.
- You are responsible for using the extension correctly and are liable for the information submitted via pay.gov. Verify all numbers are accurate.
