This option is used if you are receiving spirits in a new tote or tank that you will keep. You can assign a Brand New Tank name if the tote is new to the distillery. You can also receive spirits in an Inactive Tote you Transferred Out of your distillery previously.
To access the desired function, please navigate through the following steps:
- Navigate to the side menu icon in the upper left-hand corner.
- Then select "Transfers in Bond," from the menu options.
- Within the "Transfers in Bond" section, locate and click on "TIB Inbound."
- Finally, initiate a new operation by selecting the option labeled "New Tote TIB In."
- Enter in the Date the Spirit was received. This will be the date that the spirits arrived at your DSP.
- Choose the DSP to show where the spirits were shipped from. - Make sure your TIB locations are setup.
- Transfer Reason – Select the reason for this transfer.

- Add in the following if tracking:
- BOL/Reference # - Bill of lading number, if you'd like. (Not required)
- PO# - Purchase order number
- TIB Serial #/Internal ID
- Internal lot name
- Select the Internal Spirit Type that you are bringing in.
- Enter the observed Proof of the spirit when it was brought in.
- Give the Proof Gallons amount of the tank being received.
- For cost tracking purposes, be sure to include the Total Spirits cost & Total Shipping cost.
Note: If you are receiving Multiple Totes, Barrels, or Tankers on One Delivery, enter in the Total $ Costs for just this one receipt. Example, enter in the $ Spirits Cost + $ Shipping Cost per tote.
- Give a description of this transfer, if necessary.
- Choose the account this the spirit is going to. (Production, Storage, or Processing Bulk)
- If you are the owner of this spirit, once received, leave this field blank. The system will assume you are the owner.
- Destination Tank – You have two of the following options here.
- You can add this to an existing tank that was created from the Tank Setup page, OR
- Create a new tank, if the destination tank hasn't been created yet.
- Add the Spirit Age. (This field is optional).
- Select "Receive and Done" if you wish to complete this transfer. Or select "Receive More" if you have more spirits to receive from this same DSP.
All the data that you added will remind – but you will need to change the Destination Tank Info and Internal Spirit Type information.
The Spirits will show in the target account with the gauging information provided in the TIB in.
