A Fermenter is a vessel that will hold a cook/mash. You do not have to set up your still as a fermenter, but you can if you would like.
Where? Vessels and Warehouses> Fermenters
Click the “+ Add New Fermenter” button
- Fermenter Name:
Each fermenter should have a unique name. - Capacity: Enter the fermenter capacity in either wine gallons or liters.
- Tare Weight: Enter a tare weight if it is known.
- Tank Image ID: Select an Image that best represents your Fermenter.
